Returns and Refund Policy

At Southern Geosynthetics Supplies Pty. Ltd., we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items ordered in error.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

If you believe a product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number,
• A description of the issue, and
• Photos of the product where applicable.

Approved returns must be authorised by us before goods are sent back.

We may assess returned goods to determine whether a remedy is available under the Australian Consumer Law.
