About Us
iglube is a unique, patented, modular building system with a broad range of applications in civil and landscape construction. iglube combines the dome shape of the igloo with the modular nature of the cube, hence igloo + cube = iglube.
iglube is an ingenious system of interlocking engineered plastic panels that combine to form high-strength modules. The system is designed so it can be installed either as a continuous, interconnecting system or as independent modules.
Opposing arches are the unique, patented feature that provide the highest strength possible with the most open internal structure. The arch shape, invented by the Romans, is the most efficient shape for load support, but the idea of opposing arches is completely new and novel. The simple and elegant design makes assembly and installation a breeze, even for unskilled labour.
The lightweight arches allow projects of any size and shape to be quickly installed, even on the most difficult sites. Side panels lock into the base plates to complete the module. Dovetailed connectors in the base and robust pin connections in the panels provide the strongest positive connection.
iglube is tested for use under pavements subject to heavy vehicle traffic. As the strongest modular system on the market for its weight, iglube provides real cost savings over competitor systems.
